Pricing Questions
How much does junk removal cost?
Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our truck and the type of matierals being removed. There’s no hidden fees. The fastest way to get an accurate price is to text us a photo so we can quote the job before we start.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, estimates are free and no-obligation. Photo estimates are the quickest, and on-site estimates are available when needed.
Why don't you list flat prices online?
Every job is different. Volume, material type, and access all affect pricing. Texting a photo allows us to give you a real number rather than a vague range.
Are there additional fees I should worry about?
Any special handling (very heavy items, tight access, mulitiple flights of stairs) is discussed upfront. You’ll know the price before works begins.
Do you offer a discount to veterans?
Yes! One of our owners and founders is a U.S.veteran. Because we understand appreciate the service of all acting and retired military personal, we offer a 10% discount to any projects for a U.S. veteran.
Scheduling & Availability
Do you offer same day junk removal?
Often, yes. Same-day and next-day service is available in many areas depending on schedule and location. Call or text to check availability.
How far in advanced do I need to book?
Many jobs can be scheduled with little notice. Larger cleanouts or demolition projects may require additional planning.
How long does a typical job take?
Single-item or small jobs can take minutes. Full cleanouts or demolition projects may take several hours depending on scope.
Types of items we remove
What types of junk do you remove?
We remove furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard debris, bulk trash, and non-hazerdous construction debris.
Do you remove just one single item?
Yes we handle single item pickups as well as full loads.
Are there items you don't take?
We do not remove hazerdous items such as chemicals, paints, asbestos, or medical waste. If you’re unsure, text us a photo and we’ll confirm.
Payment & Billing
When do I pay for a service?
Payment is collected after the job is complete and you’re satisfied with the work.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept common forms of payment including cash, checks, Venmo and Zelle.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. We offer a military discount and may offer additional discounts depending on the job. Ask when you contact us.
Disposal
What happens to the items you remove?
Whenever possible, items are donated or recycled. Anything that cannot be reused is disposed of responsibly in accordance to local regulation.
Do you provide donation receipts?
For qualifying donations, donation receipts may be available upon request.
Do I need to separate items beforehand?
No. Our crew handles sorting and removal.
